Mahj Theory Collective was created to fill the need for a local Mahj social club in La Jolla, California where friends can gather to play, sip. connect, and shop. This concept draws inspiration from our family's legacy of women who have played Mah Jongg for over a century, starting with our Great-grandmothers, Grandmothers, Mothers, Daughters, Aunts, and Cousins. We aim to uphold the beautiful traditions of American Mah Jongg by uniting people and communities. At Mahj Theory, we celebrate the art of Mahjong as a lifestyle.
